The Contra Costa County Public Works Department will conduct topographical survey work along Bailey Road between Willow Avenue and Myrtle Drive from Tuesday, January 6, through Friday, January 9, 2026, weather permitting.
The work will take place at three locations near the Keller Canyon Landfill and extend approximately 2,600 feet south of the landfill entrance. Crews are scheduled to work between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., with timing subject to change based on traffic conditions or unforeseen circumstances.
Minor traffic control will be in place to close the shoulder. No major traffic impacts are expected, but motorists are advised to slow down and use caution while traveling through the work area.
