5400 block is where Clayton PD and some citizens stop the homeless/transients coming further into Clayton. It’s been working so far as they don’t get further than this.
How many times have these same transients been arrested for the same issue?
What difference does it make, it gets them outta Clayton and they’ll get a clue eventually and PD won’t be called.
