The Ohio State Buckeyes are the reigning college football national champions. This season they won 12 straight games before losing the Big Ten Title to Indiana and a quarterfinal game to Miami. In ten days, the only two teams to beat the national champions will be competing against each other for that very title.

Not sure what the 4 to 9 tier is really about because most of the energy snarfing is from big business keeping their office buildings cozy during the day. I just think they want us to feel lousy enough to die away.

Has anyone noticed the paper grocery bags at Safeway seem weaker and thinner these days?
Don’t dare hold them by the handles or from the top at all. I measured a couple of them yesterday and they are .005 to .006 of an inch thick.
Somewhere between Origami paper and toilet tissue lies Safeway grocery bags…….
Still, I refuse to bring in grubby canvas bags like an earth person.
I remember my mom grocery shopping back in the day and NONE of the paper bags at any store had handles. Bunch of pansies out there can’t carry grocery bags without handles? I laugh about it.

I used to shop with my mom also. Now those were some paper bags you could have used handles with, as the bags were so much thicker. The bags today remind me of waffle shirts from LL Bean….they keep getting thinner.
Tell ’em to double them up …. one checker / bagger automatically did it before asking – they even said they’re too weak

Yesterday 1/11/26 at around 4:30 I saw a young man hit by a white SUV on Willow Pass next to Olympic High School. I circled back around and it really looked like he was dead, face first on the street laying spraled out not moving. Then I saw at least 7 cops arrive. I was wondering if anyone knows if he survived? I know its a really really slim chance but i had like 3 dreams about it and i need closure. Never saw any news about it.
If you actually witnessed the accident you should call the cops & tell them what you saw. They may need a witness & will probably tell you if he lived thru it or not.
