I saw the tic-tac-toe planes were back in action this morning. Weird as there was not much wind at that altitude and fake cirrus clouds were not spreading as usual. Not sure if there is any reasoning about it other than it was on their schedule to be up today. They’ve messed up weather enough as it is. It is too darn cold for the SF Bay Area which most of the years I’ve lived her cold weather amounted to a couple weeks around the end of January and early February. PG&E shareholders must be licking their chops.
