The Willow Pass on-ramp to southbound I-680 remains blocked. Motorists are advised to expect delays and to use alternate routes to avoid the area. There is no estimated time to reopen the roadway.

Yes, and give the big rigs plenty of room. Their vision is limited and cannot see you
as easily as you can see them. If they have to brake suddenly, they run the risk of
a jackknife, where the trailer will swing around and push hard against the cab. As
the truck is coming to a stop, it can wipe out everything in its path and sometimes
cause the truck to flip over.
