I didn’t know they were. I’d take my dog someone else.

Generally speaking – people are becoming more and more “self entitled” and a “me first” mentality that whatever they do or are in control of is ok and too bad to everyone else.

Who or what are these dogs you speak of attacking? I don’t know anything about it.
I have a Savannah cat, (half serval and half domestic) and she doesn’t attack people.
However, she’s a big cat and possesses a certain amount of her wild instinct and can
hold her own against most dogs. If a dog makes the mistake of attacking her, she will
lash out and claw at the eyes and nose. I walk her daily, and keep her close to me on
a leash.
Can only hope owners of attacking dogs were smart enough not to have kids.

The problem is that every single park you go to, there’s at least one 🤡 dog owner who thinks they’re special and don’t have to follow the leash rules while their dog runs around the park without a leash. It’s become normalized because nobody wants to speak up for frar of being called a “Karen” or other names. There are of course specific areas of certain parks where they have a gated, off leash area. Take your dogs there. Responsible dog owners shouldn’t have to be in fear of our leashed dogs being attacked.

Big 5 Sporting Goods has a 2pk of bear spray. One for the dog and one for the owner, just in case…
Pepper Mace going off in your pocket won’t kill you. Buy Mace brand and buy the police edition cuz thats what cops use and it has a safety on top. As for a stungun, Ive electrocuted myself many times. It won’t injure or burn you. It feels like a static shock but 10% stronger. I tried to burn a dry leaf with it and it wouldn’t light up. I tried it on a black widow and it just walked away like nothing happened! 🙂
I always carry a pocket stun gun & pepper/CN gas, both made by Mace Co. for self-defense. If attacked by an illegal unleashed dog whether it is a poodle or a 70 lb pitbull, i shall defend myself against attacks, stungun first because it can deter them harmlessly. No animal with sharp senses likes to see flashing lights with loud snaps and will stay at bay. The pepper spray is for the self-entitled dog owner who will make a move against me for deterring their animal. FYI, 8” cattleprods sell on Amazon for $55.
cause people say my dog is nice … follow the rules …
Did you just say that “Dog Attacks At Local Dog Parks So Publicly Accepted…cause people say my dog is nice”? I mean, I found the problem right here…
Yeah you don’t understand sarcasm…
Are they? I feel like you are pretty much ostracized if your dog is a problem and bites another dog or person.
It’s a good way to meet chicks.

Sounds like a beautiful kitty!
Because people don’t want to get shot.
When did that happen?

In CA. it is illegal to spray people with bear spray, even in self defense.
Yes, I know, stupid law….. what’s new?
Not defense of self. Defense of dog. Defending what could be argued as the defenseless.
Who says it’s “publicly accepted”?
It would probably go off in my pocket and kill me.
