When I was a just little tyke, corn on the cob, and artichoke were the only two
veggies I liked. Peas would literally make me sick, now I like them, and I can
easily tolerate most other veggies. But I still don’t like Brussels sprouts, cabbage,
broccoli, and cauliflower.

Potato salad with onions in it. But that needs to be qualified as my mother used sweet onions and so she made a separate bowl without onions for me. However a an adult I’ve never encountered potato salad with sweet onions but green onions if it has onions at all. And that is fine with me, different flavor hit.

I wouldn’t say I love broccoli now but it’s ok – as a kid I couldn’t stomach it

Anything with cheese in it or on it. My mother would make risotto or ravioli. I like parmesan on all my pasta dishes now!

Can’t think of anything. As long as there was an ice cold glass of milk next to my plate I was chowing down.
Although liver was not a favorite. 😕

I would not eat beets, but now love them on a salad.

Avocados. As a kid,I always thought they were kinda too slimy. Love ’em now!

I liked just about everything as a kid. The limited things I did not like, I still do not (liver, olives). The only thing I think I can eat without grimacing that I disliked as a child is grapefruit, but do not love it, not even close.

Hated milk sogging my cereal & jelly defiling my peanut butter sandwiches.
