We got this message from a Claycordian today, regarding an alleged mail theft in Concord
“I wanted to report a guy that stole mail out our mailbox and two packages off our front porch yesterday 2/11 around 3:25 pm in Concord. This is a close up shot of the guy from our Ring video. I posted it in our neighbors Ring and others say they have had this same guy stealing too. He is driving a black car. Not sure if you can put this out there and maybe someone will recognize him and report it.”

He’s a local tweeker in the Concord ave/242 area. See him often, last time was 2 days ago at the corner of Market and Concord Ave.
