I read a post on a local site for contra costa county about the restaurants closing in concord. They mentioned blast and brew and how they may never open up. Well its been a while and looks like that may be true.
Late Jan/early Feb is when businesses close their doors for good. They take inventory & count profits after the Xmas rush and gauge whether it’s worth it to stay in business. They usually have very low revenue in January forcing them to make hard decisions. Rent, insurance, payroll, debt service still has to be paid even if no revenue. Sometimes it’s better to cut their losses.
How do older dog kennels keep their canine clients warm? Some of these older kennels are in obvious disrepair and operated by elderly people. Do they just do nothing, cross their fingers, and risk it? Temps have been freezing.
Hopefully they turn the heater on. If they’re operated by elderly people keep in mind elderly people are more likely to turn on the heat because they get cold easier. Keep the dogs warm!
Heads-up for those that have been part of Panera Breads “loyalty” program ….. your name, address, phone number and birthdate may have been breached by a hacker as mine was – I was notified by Experian (the credit watch company) that my personal & confidential info was hacked Jan 27 – or there abouts. Panera never notified me of the breach ….. through numerable emails, phone call, etc. – the Director of their Customer Care dept told me specifically – they have no responsibility or obligation to notify customers affected by the confidential leak! … they will not be offering anything to affected customers – no free credit watch, nothing. If you are part of their “loyalty” program I urge you to call their customer care number at 855-372-6372 then #8 to ask about your confidential info being leaked and why weren’t you notified directly by them.
Bet a class action lawsuit would change their mind.
Yea I can find that info on someone without them being hacked it’s public information.
