Yes, I usually watch it no matter who the President is. It’s one way to
understand the President’s agenda and priorities, and to stay informed
on key issues. It gives us the opportunity to hear his legislative goals
and policy solutions, and a way to understand his assessment of the
country’s economic, social, and political condition. We will hear about
national and international issues, such as immigration, the economy,
healthcare costs, and foreign policy.
After the speech we have the opportunity to listen to the opposition,
offering s different perspective, and alternate proposals.

Nope. My better half will watch and fill me in. I’m trying to avoid being part of other people’s drama lately (yelling, walking out, signs, etc.) If I want to read the speech line by line there are plenty of ways to do that in my comfy old recliner with a nice cup of coffee and no drama,

I like that the MAGA of it all. And Trump has common sense and the knowledge to manage
the Nation’s business like a Corporation.
I like what he does; doing it all with only the best intentions for the Citizens of the Country.
However, I can barely stand to hear his monotone reading — like a third-grader.
I will celebrate this State of the Union speech ~~ if for no other reason than I am not forced
to watch

Well, I admit it. I just watched every minute of the Best Speech President Trump has given...and it was the Best State of the Union I’ve ever heard.
Yep… it begins at 6PM PST it will be broadcast live on ABC, CBS, CNN, FOX, NBC and other cable channels or online on WhiteHouse.gov/live and C-SPAN.org
Just in case anyone is interested.
Democrat Socialists, Communists & Anarchists can watch the “People’s State of the Union”
on PBS …. an alternative for those of you who aren’t really Americans.

I’ll be watching on KPIX via Paramount+ as it will lead into the live broadcast of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert. Tonight, he’s got John Dickerson, the former head of 60 minutes. It should be an engaging conversation about what Brendan Carr is attempting to do to the airwaves.

I watched it. Trump said “please stand if you agree that the first duty of the United States government is to protect US citizens and not illegal aliens.”
And the f***ing ghouls on the left side remained seated.
Democrats are against the US citizens and for the illegal aliens. Never EVER trust a democrat to safeguard this country. NEVER!

I watched some of it but it was too much “hoopla” or hype. I’m not the target audience for it because here many of us actually do a little more reading and research. Trump once again demonstrated his true calling: an entertainer or game show host which was of course not the family business. 😎
No I did not watch it, but listened to the whole speech LIVE ! on Radio, There was about a 10 second video delay used to put it on television, You Tube, ect. “The Janet Jackson Rule”.
I rarely watch no matter who is president. I read this was going to be almost 2 hours long, zzz. I do watch and listen to the analysis afterwards, and I try to watch both liberal and conservative analysis.
