The Contra Costa County Public Works Department will be performing tree removal work on Morgan Territory Road at milepost 5.0, approximately 0.3 miles north of Wirthman Lane. This work is scheduled for Tuesday, March 3, 2026, through Friday, March 6, 2026, barring unforeseen circumstances. The work will take place between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., weather permitting. Traffic control measures will be implemented to safely direct vehicles through the work area. A temporary lane closure will be in effect. Road users may experience delays of up to 20 minutes.
