Just gas up at costco, $4.39 today for regular. Use the Gasbuddy app to find prices near you.
Chevron on oak grove rd today cost $5.50 i think it was for regular.
Chevron seems to have the highest gas prices. I try to go to Arco; they seem to have the best price. Some stations on Monument also have good prices, but for the most part it is out of my way.
A station on Contra Costa Blvd just changed from Shell to another name, forgot, but seem their prices went down about $0.20 when the other company took over. I haven’t looked they past week or so;

I saw him a few times around 16th and mission and he usually traveled with 3 bodyguards in a black suv. I get that he wants to show that he could rub elbow with the common folks but sf is getting crazy for such optic, especially in the tenderloin. For example, there was a stabbing at the Delores park, and a dude was stabbed in the back in broad daylight at the Chinatown.
It takes two extras to kick the turds off the sidewalk before he gets there. ðŸ¤

I watched this one young woman get into her car and drive off, but the crazy thing was both the front windshield and back windows were smashed up with literal holes. Taped to the car. Rest of the car was trashed. What the hell?
I have noticed the trend for many service-related entities are now adding 3% if paying by credit. It used to be (IIRC) Visa would charge 1.4% per transaction, then it increased to like 2%. I assume now it has gone up to 3%. Regardless, for a $250 transaction, that would be a $7.50 user fee. I don’t know if that is a Bay Area thing, a California thing or if it is something done nationally.
It’s national especially when it comes to small business. The banks/CC companies have raised processing fees on merchants anywhere from 3%-5%. Corporate greed at it’s finest. It’s another nail in the coffin of small business

Neil Sadaka died last week, and Country Joe died today.
Not a great fan of Neil Sedaka, nothing against him, just not my cup of tea. Love Country Joe’s “Fixing to Die Rag”, from Woodstock. Saw him in Golden Gate Park in the late nineties. He also played at Todos Plaza some years ago. He gave concerts to raise money for veterans, he was the real deal.
