If they can actually help or get up TSA agents,
yes I am for them being there.
if not, no you are a distraction
Unless they’re trained as a TSA they’re in the way…. maybe they could help direct traffic or help passengers with luggage
Or stick with me here, Custom Agents can stand a security post or check identification before entering into the screening area which would free up TSA personnel to run the metal detector and scan baggage which actually do require specialized training.

Have you seen that the wait time is now down because all the illegals have been removed or those with a brain stayed away! What exactly opportunity are speaking of? A revolution maybe or more violence what exactly are you referencing? Seems like there has been more efficiency, orderliness and systematic repulsion of illegals lately! Only Obama deported more did you know that?
Yeah, we were much better off with Venezuelan drug cartels importing loads of drugs into the USA, Cuba staying a stronghold of Communism and Russia taking Ukraine would really be a plus for us.

Since ICE and TSA already operate under the Department of Homeland
Security, and share information, resources, and data, it would be practical
and more efficient to combine the two into one agency. Combining the two
agencies will streamline shared databases, and reduce bureaucratic overlap.
It will reduce budgets by reducing the number of top officials and redundant
support staff. Consolidating the two will require retraining of both, TSA and
ICE agents, but in the long run will save money by simplifying tasks, saving
time, and ensuring feasibility. They can change their name to the Bureau And
Department of Aviation and Security Screening (BADASS) Or if they want to
clean it up a little bit, United States Border and Transportation Security. (USBTS)
Personally, I like BADASS.

Wish the TSA folks were able to do their job with PAY but think with ICE helping it’s good for the travelers.
Waste of resources. Tom human isn’t exactly sure that how the agents could help TSA. Also this could lead to a turf war between TSA and ICE. TSA doesn’t have to be afraid of ICE taken over the job because the fund for TSA isn’t there yet. Anyway, it is nice to see ICE agents without masks.
No it doesn’t and it is exactly how the resources should be allocated to remove any illegal where ever they may be!
Yes! Those illegals are working at the airports. They are janitors, food workers, ect… and they can go anywhere within the airports. Also illegals have legit documents (real id, passport, ect) and the dough to fly all over the country! I am glad that ICE is there because it is like shooting fish in the barrel; ICE shall meet its daily quota just to be at the airports. What is a genius idea!

Well the wait times have gone down so yeah not only are the illegals getting sent home but our citizens are reaping immediate benefits of sending these illegals packing! Bravo execellent job ICE!
Why not furlough some ice agents because it look like that less of them are needed for immigration ? Use the savings to pay TSA agents until the new budget is passed. Right now tsa agents might be jealous of ice agents for they are probably walk around doing little to nothing while getting pay the big bucks while tsa agents still have to do the core tasks. They probably have to the core tasks of those tsa agents who left/quit. the jealousy, resentment and working for no pay are factors that drive tsa agents to quit even more.
That’s a dumb idea ramp down once the last illegal is removed. Don’t particularly care how a TSA agent feels one way or another. ICE ICE ICE baby keep plowing ahead until the deal is sealed when every illegal has been deported back home where they belong!
Round them up where ever they are until there are no more to round up! That is exactly what I voted for!
This is a great idea! They detained a mother and daughter at SFO last night who had removal orders since 2019. ICE was escorting them to be processed, and they tried to flee and were placed in handcuffs. Now the democrats are only telling part of the story so they can vilify ICE. She chose to come here illegally and she chose to flee. How is ICE the bad guy? Democrats only care about illegals and criminals and especially illegal criminals.
