The het day is beyond gone. It may be time to move on from the good old CC
If the purchase of the bar included the land it sets on, I would’ve bought it yrs ago.
The way it is now you are just buys some booze bottles, old boots, photos and a hefty lease, that could go up at the landowner’s discretion.
You would have to be insane to sign that contract.
A few new ghost sightings would improve it’s popularity.
I’ll volunteer to keep a lookout as long as the new owner is comping my beers.
I’m sure I’ll see something nobody else will.
