I’d give up my car and use my 3 wheel Can Am motorcycle!!

I can easily give up my phone. If I have to get in touch with someone,
I still have my car and I can drive to their home or place of business.
If driving to see them is out of the question, I can always e-mail them.

Ditto here.

Double ditto.

Car, can’t imagine not being able to get in touch with friends and family for a month. What if there is an emergency? Without a car I would have to have groceries delivered and take Uber to work.

Easy my phone! I HATE smartphones and despise the clunky apps…I would rather not rely on public transportation or the generosity of others!

I can give up the car for awhile…I only drive it in nice weather anyway.
The rest of the time I drive my old little truck that gets great mileage and I won’t care if it gets a scratch or a tiny door ding.

I could live well without either. There are other means of coms and travel. This is a great question for our times. We may need to live without both.

I miss the old days when we only had pagers & had to go find a payphone to call in and find out what was so damned important that I had to drive somewhere to find a pay phone only to find out that it was something that had nothing at all to do with me and it was all a waste of time and my quarter…. but I was getting paid by the hour so it was OK.

Car. Society is too reliant on their phones. I mean for everything. You could have someone who’s lived somewhere their whole lives and ask for directions form a phone and it be incorrect, but they would still follow its guidance. This is a small example of the downfall to our society is and was the smartphone dumbing down humans
