💡 Lights out on “Mini Bright” 💡
Over the course of the last month, a suspect has been committing vandalisms to vehicles and homes, tagging the moniker “Mini Bright” with spray paint. Following an attempted robbery by the same suspect, our Investigations Bureau ultimately identified the suspect and placed him under arrest today. He is believed to be responsible for over 30 vandalism cases that have occurred in Walnut Creek and surrounding cities. The suspect, Brandon Staples, a 45-year-old resident of Walnut Creek, was transported to jail for attempted robbery and multiple counts of felony vandalism.
We believe there are potentially other victims out there that had their vehicle vandalized. If you are a victim, please report the crime to your local law enforcement agency.

Judging by skin tone & hands I would rule out Chinese, Native American, Eskimo… are Eskimos considered Native American? Caucasian, Pacific Islander, Japanese, Hispanic, (but “Hispanic” is not a race, it is an ethnicity ) East Indians are Asian (which includes a whole buncha people that I’m not sure what category is correct for) and that’s about it.
So probably whatever is left is what “Mini Bright” is.
