I saw the gentleman walking down that way when I was headed to pleasant hill then saw the aftermath on the way back. Look like he either fell and went under the vehicle or it may have been a mental health thing. Since the police are being hush hush I assume it’s the second. God rest his soul.
There’s a population of the “unhoused” in that area and many are drug users…. not the first time there has been a fatality found – possibly from an overdose
