Concord police are investigating a strong-arm robbery at the Chevron Extra Mile convenience store (formerly Circle K) on Ygnacio Valley Road at Alberta Rd. According to authorities, the incident occurred Monday morning around 9 a.m. when a suspect reached over the counter and grabbed cash directly from an employee’s hand before fleeing the scene. No injuries were reported. Police are asking anyone with information to contact the Concord Police Department.
But the DA put out a report this wasn’t happening under her watch…what a bunch of BS anything Becton’s office puts out needs to be under the hubble scope.
No video? No suspect description? No getaway vehicle description?
Geez, Some people might have seen the thief, maybe even bumped into him & seen his car without knowing he robbed the place… but without a description why would they suspect him?

Yep, and the only thing I can figure by this lack of info from the Police is that maybe they really don’t want to waste their time trying to catch someone for committing such a pathetic, petty crime. File the report & forget it?

it was a white male mid 20s to early 30s, wearing mechanic coveralls, beanie and bandana. He was dropped off on Pine Hollow rd at New Hampshire and walked to the store, then a black suburban parked and waited near PG&E and they drove off towards Walnut Creek on YV.
