Oak Grove Rd to anywhere…. now – depending on the time of day – it can be gridlock from YVR all the way to Willow Pass / Market
Walnut Ave or Homestead to get into downtown WC without all of the lights. Then they restricted the times that you could make the left from YV road. Then they made the lights only last about 10 sec. Now they have added awful speed bumps along Walnut.
It also worked well getting out of downtown until they banned turns onto YV from 3-6 (Ithink).
…and the speed bumps are ridiculous – you can’t even go the legal speed limit safely – 25mph … maybe if you have an offroad vehicle or dune buggy 🙂

In order to reduce noise complaints many cities have gotten rid of the harder cement speed bumps in favor of the softer asphalt speed humps, which are easier to travel over at the speed limit.
