Traffic laws… all of them!

Using turn signals while driving.

This is easy. Traffic laws. Some people drive at their own speed, stop if and when they want. Talk on their cell, drive under the influence of alcohol and drugs, including no insurance and no registration. If I see one more unregistered vehicle. Thanks for the chuckle…

And….driving slow in the far left lane – oblivious. That is the “passing or fast lane”

What law do people ignore the most when they’re cooking?
The serving size.
According to the box, a single box of Mac and Cheese serves three people. According to reality, it serves one person who is having a stressful Tuesday.

UMMM…that is not a law, it is a guidance/recommendation.

  1. Using turn signals.
  2. Driving speed limit.
  3. Ignoring the California DMV requirement for a front license plate.

Stop sign laws.

I would generously say I see 20 percent compliance.

Now tell us about Nancy Pelosi.

The law of economics, specifically government deficit spending.

You can’t run a deficit year after year after year. Eventually every debt is repaid, typically by the borrower repaying the loan, sometimes by the lender if the borrower defaults. With govt debt, one can add future higher borrowing costs and inflation. We all understand the first two examples but few pay attention to the second two.

The more a govt entity borrows, the harder it is to repay. This creates the need for higher % bond issuances. This means increased costs for the entity and fewer dollars available for other spending. The equivalent situation for the private sector is: You borrow too much and your credit rating goes down. Now your credit card or car loan interest rate goes higher.

Inflation is caused by too much $ chasing too few goods. When the Govt floods the market with $ (Covid relief and The Green New Deal for the most recent examples) it inflates bubbles, usually in hard assets like real estate. More $ chasing the same amount of available property causes the prices to spike. Inflation is essentially an invisible tax on every one of us, caused by too much govt spending.

Also ignored are many driving laws. Speeding, tailgating, distracted and impaired driving, not fully stopping at stop signs, failure to yield to emergency vehicles, etc. People get in their cars and lose their minds.

100% of the laws I ignore are illegal California laws that go against the US. Constitution.
I’m an American which Trump’s CA law. (pun intended)!!!

Laws that are illegal. So, if you abide by a law that is illegal, then you are therefore breaking the same law. In other words, you would be breaking the law by abiding by it. Fascinating!

Duck,
.
The problem is that your interpretation of the U.S. Constitution doesn’t mean anything. You’re oversimplifying the relationships between the U.S. Constitution and the State Constitutions. You may be an American, but you’re also a Californian.

Traffic laws.

A lot of these people aren’t aware they are breaking the law, they just can’t read English.
All traffic signs should be posted in the 32 different languages that CA driver tests are.

Yes, but why only 32? According to Wikipedia there are 7170 languages spoken throughout the world. Democrat California should have traffic signs for every one of them!

Think before you Act.

I often see cars with tinted side-windows (front) and/or no front licence plate.

Lots of cars, like Teslas don’t have brackets have mounting space on or under the front of the car!
Are they exempt??
