Disneyland. Cant stand mickey mouse.
Unfortunately now Disneyland… didn’t use to be … now they let way too many people in at any one time – it’s too crowded, lines and waits are too long… and overpriced … taking thousands of parking spaces away … and now too woke.
So true! They have now oversold themselves. It used to be you could at least get on every single ride in a day. Now the lines are so long you spend hours just waiting. And for extra money they’ll let you get in a little bit quicker but you still have to wait a long time. It’s not what it used to be. While we’d like to go the cost is crazy, and the lines are insane. So glad we had a chance to experience it the way it used to be!
Standing In Line Land
I’ve only been there once and I was quite underwhelmed and saw how many attractions were falling apart. And there were better rides at even Bay Area amusement parks. I was with a group that had been in the Los Angles area for another venue and decided to spend the evening at Disney Land… yawn.
Pier 39
San Francisco’s famous Lombard Street. It’s proclaimed to be the
“crookedest street in the world.” I’m no expert on worldwide streets,
but I do know that Vermont St is more crooked than Lombard St.
Vermont St is steeper, has sharper turns and is longer. It’s also in
San Francisco and runs between 20th and 22nd Streets on Potrero Hill.
Another overrated attraction is Disneyland. Not because it’s not fun,
because too many people will put themselves deeper in debt when they go.
Also, Pier 39 and the Golden Gate Bridge are overrated.
Some of the nicer attractions are Carmel, Monterey, and Big Sur. One of
my favorites are “The Avenue of the Giants,” located in northern California.
It runs 31 miles and will take you through the oldest, largest, and tallest
redwood trees in the world. These majestic trees only grow in California.

Agree, it’s now dirty, full of empty storefronts, homeless everywhere, and smells of urine.
Disneyland, and its not close.
San Francisco…. once a great city now trying to claw it’s way back to relevance. I would love to see it the king again but politics need to change.
