Concord Police have arrested two juvenile suspects in connection with the robbery of a man at the Sunvalley Mall on June 23. The robbery happened at approximately 3:12 p.m. inside the mall near Macy’s Women’s. According to police, two masked male suspects approached the victim, forcibly grabbed his necklaces, and fled after a brief physical struggle.
The victim suffered minor injuries during the confrontation. Following an investigation that included reviewing surveillance video, Concord Police identified the two suspects and arrested them. Because both suspects are juveniles, their identities have not been released. The Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office has filed felony charges against both juveniles. Police emphasized that this robbery is not related to the recent smash-and-grab robbery at the Banter jewelry kiosk inside Sunvalley Mall that resulted in the arrest of five adult suspects.
Sucks they’ll be out tomorrow unfortunately for them one day they might run into someone carrying and then all of a sudden they were sweet angels that never hurt nobody
Try them as adults – otherwise there’s no consequence
Dream on, this is CoCo county, . . . . . . . revolving door . . . .
“Frequent Fliers” ? ? ? ?
They assaulted the person…They should be incarcerated… The DA office should prosecute for ALL possible charges…NOTHING dismissed.
