Alot of people will probably already hate on it but you gotta try it before you hate it
everyone complains about the price but when has seafood been cheap unless your eating the processed cheap food or the mcdonalds fish fillet i personally love bag o crab
The sign should be the last thing that goes up.
Now everybody that drives by is going to think its an old restaurant that went OOB.

I could swear you are referring to Hunan place that was the old A&W that used to be by the old miniature golf course. That place has more roaches than customers.

All of Concord is infested with cockroaches🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳 and rats🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀🐀. The infestation exploded about a dozen years ago.
Bring back the miniature golf and A & Ws.
I miss the original Lim’s. That was excellent. After it sold the new owners were not as good. I hope this is good.
I believe it was called Chen’s and I loved going there with my dad back in the day.

I believe it was Arby’s, then became Chen’s, and then became Lim’s Garden #2 or New Lim’s Garden #2 about 1997, back when the neighboring Burger King was still a Wienerschnitzel.

Before Lim’s Garden, the building was built as an Arby’s. That was probably in the early 1980s?
