There are a great many things to be concerned about in Martinez and every other City than random art projects.
The safety of the citizens is paramount.
Crime, of all varieties, needs to be stopped.
Street and sidewalk repair needs to be finished.
Cities need to get the basics right before they address pleasantries.
These kids came up with some cool designs. Hopefully implentation won’t be too costly.
They all look like grafitti and that is the last thing Martinez needs is to look more ghetto. Just make it look clean from the factory no money needs to be spent implmenting this, what a waste of money!
