Expect Delays: BART Scales Back Service Sunday For Transbay Tube Repairs

BART riders should expect delays on Sunday, July 19, as crews replace lights inside the Transbay Tube. The all-day project will reduce train traffic through the tube to a single track, resulting in modified service across the system. Systemwide trains will run every 30 minutes, with only the Blue, Yellow, and Orange lines operating. Red and Green line service will be suspended for the day. A Yellow Line shuttle will run between SFO and Millbrae, and passengers traveling beyond SFO will need to transfer.

During the World Cup Final? When people are planning to go the city to watch lol. Talk about poor planning and insight.

Another propaganda press release by BART to make it look like BART is being proactive and properly run, just to keep BART in the news so that voters will pass the public transportation sales tax increase in November. VOTE NO!!!!!

Why not conduct repairs when part is closed at night? nooooooo. ..at BARTs convenience of course inconveniencing people they are trying to attract to use BART … .real smart sarc
