The Concord Police Department has arrested 26-year-old San Francisco resident Sofia Ann-Buitron Drotts following an investigation into allegations that she engaged in an inappropriate sexual relationship with a 17-year-old male.
Police said the investigation began after the Contra Costa County Probation Department notified detectives of concerns involving a female temporary employee with Contra Costa County Health. During the investigation, detectives said they identified evidence supporting the allegations. Drotts was arrested on a Ramey warrant and booked on related charges, police said. Investigators have not identified any additional victims. Anyone with information about the case is asked to contact the Concord Police Department’s Violence Suppression Unit at 925-671-3030 or the anonymous tip line at 925-603-5836. The investigation remains ongoing, and police said no additional information is being released at this time.
