A power pole was knocked down by a vehicle on Alberta Way in Concord this morning. Alberta is closed directly in front of the Clayton Valley Charter High School office. Please drive safely.

If you look closely following back from street light to broken pole
right where telephone and cable TV cables are is a section of
another pole from last time pole was taken out.

Just chainsawed old pole above and below non PG&E cables
and attached it to new pole they put in. Pole is at busy entrance
to teachers parking lot and main school office. Across from
Valmar Drive.
Pole needs a reinforced steel & concrete base surrounded with sand barrels & flashing lights plus an audio warning system to avoid future mishaps like this.
