We hear about blue areas versus red areas – the democrat run areas versus republican run areas.
Well it looks like some of those blue areas are now turning ‘red’ …but not republican red, but ‘communist red’ with the socialists candidates being controlling the democrat party everywhere

If Presidents Bush, Clinton, and Obama can all get together for a vaccine ad, they can get together for an anti-communism ad. I mean, where is Bill Clinton anyway? I cannot believe none of these people are speaking out against what is happening to the democratic party.

I used to be a democrat, but left as these trends started. And while I worry about the country, I do say that is the Dems keep this up the Republicans are going to seize more control. Which I’m happy with.

Former President Bill Clinton, former President George W. Bush, former President Barack Obama, and former President Joe Biden and all anti-Presisident Trump individuals. They aren’t saying anything because they all believe these DSA candidates can be used to gain power and be dealt with later, if they win. Their goal is to stop President Trump and they’re perfectly happy to use the DSA to do it!

For my entire life I’ve heard the Democrats referred to as a socialists and communists. Now, I probably heard that the most in the 1980s, and it’s now picking up speed again.

It’s plain and simple, the Democrats aren’t saying anything about the DSA candidates and other far-off of the mainstream candidates because they want power, they want control of Congress, so that they can investigate and stop President Trump. The strategy of the Democrats is to win now and deal with these candidates later, if they happen to win.

Buy an EV if you want, just don’t use some of my tax money to provide a rebate to someone that buys one. Also, make the EV drivers pay for the damage they are doing to our roads, which is paid for with our gas taxes, yet EVs weigh more and do more damage to the roads than ICE powered cars.

So, you have a problem with the federal government under the Trump Administration taking a percentage in companies that the administration has determined are in “critical industries” and the federal government has invested in, but you don’t have a problem with past administration’s having created government corporations, taken a percentage of companies, seized entire companies, and/or have seized entire industries???

Are you also opposed to the dozens of federal government created, owned, and run corporations and Government Sponsored Enterprises created by Congress that currently exist?

Are you opposed to the government contracting with private companies, NPOs, and NGOs, or should the government have everything that they currently contract out as in-house agencies of the government because we wouldn’t want to have government contracts influence the stock price and profits of private companies, right?

Are you also opposed to the State of California’s foray into the banking and insurance industries?

Are you also opposed to government run retirement systems, such as CalPERS, investing in the stock market and taking an “ownership stake” in American companies? Or do you have a problem with CalPERS investing in bonds, real estate, and private equity?

Are you opposed to government run entities such as BART and the County Connection, which now provide the services once provided by the Sacramento Northern Interurban Railway and private bus companies like Greyhound which moved workers from city to city in this area?

I’d rather that the government stay out of the private sector, but if the Trump Administration or other subsequent administration’s find the need to invest in what they determine are “critical industries,” then I’d rather they provide loans to these companies with interest being paid back tied to the stock price rather than taking an ownership stake.

So what does that mean ?

My understanding is no medicare or social security tax is paid. Why should not
the employer be made to pay into the equivalent amounts since U.S. citizens
are displaced by non citizens ? ? ?

Employers seem to favor F-1, J-1 or M-1 visa holders because they might be
able to reduce their labor costs.

A few thing I’ve observed, homelessness encampments usually establish
in areas where there’s fairly easy access to a recycling facility. Rather
than continuing futility of current whack-a-mole approach, put homeless
attractant (recycling facilities) and homeless services, shelter, first aid,
mental health counselors and addiction services all next to each other
in same area.

OR should we just look for smoke from encampments as we drive by
and keep trying to figure out which siren sound belongs to which type
of first responder vehicle. An watch politicians pat each other on their
backs as they continue to shovel hundreds of millions of tax payer
dollars out the door to NGOs, non governmental organizations.
Each of them having a duplicate management structures.

As is now, there is no downside for politicians, they hold fly by TV
news conferences, where they make promises. For those who don’t
know newsom has been in elected office since 1997.

When elected mayor of SF, “…As mayor of San Francisco in 2004,
he announced a plan to get all of the city’s chronically homeless
residents off the streets within 10 years.” Only time streets got
cleaned up was when head of communist china visited SF.
Week after he left, changed right back to way it had been.

I’m thinking here in 2026, newsom doesn’t have a clue about fixing
homelessness, his only method seems to be same as all democrats,
throw massive amounts of tax payer dollars at any problem.

He does however seem very adept at keeping the homeless industrial
complex going.
