Woke up thursday morning to the sound of screaming high schoolers and busy roads full of cars dropping off their kids to school, guess summer break is over.
A husband frantically calls hotel management from his hotel room. “Please come quickly. I’m having an argument with my wife and she says she’s going to jump out the window of your hotel” Manager: “Sir, that’s a personal matter”. Husband: “The window won’t open! That’s a maintenance matter!”

The Pittsburg school district started last week on Wednesday. The next day the Mt Diablo students started. Tomorrow, Antioch students head back to school. On Tuesday the Acalanes district goes back. And to finish it out the Martinez students start on Wednesday. None of these students know what it was like to start the school year after Labor Day.
