I thought this was a private museum?
They’re apparently giving tours to local students.
Ah yes… free tours for students…. opens the door to turn his Private Trophy Room into a Charitable Enterprise with non-taxable access to Your Tax $$$ ….

No question about it. They may all be blood-suckers…but they’re not stupid blood suckers.

The name “World Wildlife & Heritage Museum” (also referred to in county records as the Western Heritage-Wildlife Museum) sounds like a public institution or a chapter of a larger foundation, but it functions as a private estate display:
If you’re interested in the possible illegal aspects of usurping the name WORLD WILDLIFE MUSEUM for private business [501 c-3} purposes…let me know… it could be a doozy!

They should pay a professional staff.

Haven’t I always heard how cheap a** Seeno is? I always heard how cheaply made his homes are made etc.
If this is true, then that would make sense why they are looking for volunteers, too cheap to pay!!! ha ha ha!
Did you know this entire venture was ‘supposedly’ done without a single vote by the CCCO Supervisors? First plans were for a big WAREHOUSE for storage of trophies from Seeno’s Kill-Farm?
A Warehouse in the warehouse district needs no special studies for safety, parking, insurance etc etc. So, Co “staff” from the Department of Conservation and Development signed off on WAREHOUSE. Then, while the Storage Warehouse was still in the “shell of a building” phase, Seeno asked for slight alterations: additions of viewing rooms, Banquet Hall style kitchens and Dining Rooms, meeting rooms, etc…. and the staff of that same Department of Conservation and Development said. OK, Mr. Seeno…whatever you need…just ask us!… still no CEQA, no special insurance requirement, no extra Parking requirement….
Then again, it is beautiful from the outside…. I’m wondering if you get a straight line-of-sight from Eagle Peak Dr to Evora Rd? hmmmm
Maybe that was Seeno’s way of trying to “weasel” his way into the Concord Naval property, which (I’m not sure of) might have “their” hands into already or some “famiilia” or affiliate does. Maybe ‘another” Pay Off to those in charge of planning etc??
Dont sign up, make them pay a real wage.
