A 32-year-old woman was killed in a single-vehicle crash early Thursday morning in Walnut Creek. Walnut Creek police responded at about 5:06 a.m. on Aug. 13 to the area of Rossmoor Parkway and Stanley Dollar Drive. The woman, who was the only person inside the vehicle, was pronounced dead at the scene. The cause of the crash remains under investigation by the Walnut Creek Police Department’s Major Accident Investigation Team. Anyone with information about the crash is asked to contact Walnut Creek police.

25 MPH Limit side streets, terrible.
I hope it’s not anyone I knew or went to school with. I am also 32 and a local so seeing that age and location similarity has me fingers crossed. Does anyone know the name of the driver yet? Either way, so tragic and my heart goes out to the her and the family.
Probably going too fast & swerved to miss an animal.

yes… as a matter of fact they are.. not in all cases but I would guess this one will
She hit an Olive Tree on Rossmoor Parkway. Obviously going a lot faster than 25 or not wearing a seatbelt, or both, to have this result in a fatality.
