A 37-year-old Oakland man accused of leading a fencing operation connected to dozens of burglaries in the Concord area was released from custody and then arrested again two days later, according to Concord Police records. Wuillian Cordova-Cubias was arrested by Concord Police on Aug. 5 in connection with an investigation into an organized theft ring linked to approximately 35 burglaries in the Ygnacio Valley and Clayton Valley areas.
According to the Contra Costa County District Attorney’s Office, investigators allege a group of juveniles carried out the burglaries and were part of a fencing operation led by Cordova-Cubias. Authorities allege the operation purchased stolen property and resold it. Cordova-Cubias’ Aug. 5 arrest report lists allegations of conspiracy, receiving known stolen property, unlawful firearm possession based on a specified misdemeanor conviction, and possession of a controlled substance. During a search of his Oakland residence, investigators reportedly recovered numerous items of suspected stolen property, including approximately 500 power tools. Concord Police records indicate Cordova-Cubias was subsequently released from custody before being arrested again on Aug. 7. The second arrest occurred at approximately 3 p.m. on a local felony warrant and carries the same Concord Police case number as his Aug. 5 arrest. Cordova-Cubias faces felony charges stemming from the alleged organized theft operation.

While Trump was heavily criticized when he made the statement “they’re sending us their criminals”… he was right. He was referring to the fact that Venezuela had emptied their prisons and pushed all the inmates up to the US border where they easily came entered under the Biden/Harris Administration. And now you have Democrat judges and politicians fighting to keep those same criminals within our country! Who are these politicians really representing?
This is what the citizens in this state keep voting for. This is the kind of society they want to live in. I know it sounds sick and crazy but that is what they choose every election.

The majority of California voters will continue to vote overwhelmingly for Democrats until they no longer view the Republican candidates running for office as extremists. If Republicans want to win in California then they need to run candidates that fit the state, counties, cities, and districts that they’re running in.
