UPDATE: This is a vehicle -vs- pedestrian collision. The person who was hit was unresponsive and had head and other body trauma when paramedics arrived. The collision occurred just before 4pm on Clayton Rd amd Talisman Way in Concord. Thanks to @ResponseLineOfficial on Instagram for the photos.

Poor kid I heard he was just sitting on the curb and the lady who hit him was speeding and did an illegal turn. Hope that student is okay my prayers will go to him.
According to the East Bay Times, the Pedestrian is hospitalized with serious injuries but is expected to survive.
