Police arrested three people suspected of targeting elderly victims in a series of jewelry thefts across the Bay Area, including a strong-arm robbery reported in Concord. The investigation began last Thursday, when an elderly woman was robbed shortly before 3 p.m. in a parking lot on Almaden Expressway in San Jose. Police said a woman approached the victim and forcibly took her ring and gold chain necklace before fleeing in a vehicle driven by a man. Investigators identified the vehicle involved, and the following day, the same vehicle was located in Concord, where another strong-arm robbery had just been reported outside a business.
Police then used license plate reader cameras to track the vehicle from Concord back to San Jose, where officers located it at a business on Senter Road. Three suspects were detained: Ruxandra Constantin, 30; Caldararu Constantin, 36; and Constantin Constantin, 34. As officers were making the arrests, another elderly woman approached police and reported that she had just been robbed of her gold chain necklace. Police said a bag containing gold and jewelry was found in Ruxandra Constantin’s possession.
Investigators also believe the suspects may be connected to an Aug. 16 theft in San Jose in which an elderly man had a gold chain stolen in a parking lot. San Jose police say chain-snatching robberies targeting elderly victims have become an increasing concern throughout the Bay Area. Suspects may approach victims in public and use conversation, offers to sell jewelry or other distraction techniques before taking their jewelry. Detectives believe there could be additional victims. money and valuables. Even if it was a race, so what? Pointing out
the vile and despicable deeds of those three people arrested is not
being racist, it’s being honest about how people might feel after Joe
Biden opened up our southern border and looked the other way as
millions of illegal invaders invaded our country.
By the way, strong-armed robbery is not messing up, it’s a deliberate act,
and if some folks want to hate those three reprehensible gypsies then so
be it, they deserve it. If you want to love them, that’s your prerogative,

Any crimes conducted by illegals should result in immediate expedition from the USA, regardless of how minor the crime may be. Unless it is something like J walking or a minor traffic violation, in that case it should be 3 strikes and you’re out’ah here.

They’re part of a Romanian Crime Ring operating between Seattle and San Diego. They each have other arrests from earlier this year and years past.
When I Googled “Ruxandra Constantin” I found a 2019 news article from Ontario that contained her name and Constantin Constantin’s name reporting their arrest for trying to steal gold jewelry from a woman. They seem to get around.

The Friendswood Police Department has successfully identified and obtained warrants for the male and female suspects involved in a jewelry theft that occurred at Brian’s Jewelry on Tuesday, November 8, 2022, at approximately 7:20 PM. With the assistance of a Facebook tip and information provided from partnering law enforcement agencies, detectives were able to identify both suspects. The male suspect was identified as Victor Tibi Sava (AKA Victor Tibi Aparaschivei), age 32. The female suspect was identified as Arada Ursulescu, age 45. Both suspects are Romanian nationals who are part of a Romanian criminal enterprise engaging in transnational organized crime. Both suspects have engaged in jewelry distraction thefts in Texas, California, Colorado, Kansas, and the United Kingdom. Both suspects have been charged with Felony Theft out of Harris County for the theft at Brian’s Jewelry located in the 3100 Block of FM 528.
No amount of prison time is going to change them.
