Which one? I hear planes every day, what’s so special about the plane in question?
It was SO loud. a fighter jet right overhead.
I was supervising a group of (brand-new) kindergarteners outdoors at the time. They were not a little frightened.
Nope, didn’t hear it.
Yes! Thought it was thunder …. anybody know what kind of plane? Beleive it or not – U2’s used to land at Buchanan and were extremely loud – could it have been a U2 again?
Full afterburner, checked Flightradar24 no Ident, switched over to ADS-B
Exchange only Hex number looked generic, again no Ident, switched over
to display only military craft, was not displayed.
Who has a non military fighter jet ? ? ? Couldn’t tell if it was T45 Goshawk.

Flight path was, in central valley out to and up coast thru golden gate
followed river then out over Clayton and track disappeared.
Well, nothing has blown up, so I’m assuming it was one of ours, maybe headed to Travis?

Easily the loudest fly over I’ve ever heard. And yeah, there’s planes and helicopters that fly over every day. This one was different. Sounded low and had a sustained rumble. The local ring network become overwhelming active with people reporting they heard it too. Whatever it was definitely passed over Clayton and Concord.
It was loud and sounded low at our house in Clayton.

Probably hunting for kids on electric bikes.
Today around noon time 2 U.S. Navy F-18 Super Hornets dropped in to visit us quickly. Thank You U.S. Navy for protecting us!!!
