About 2,000 PG&E customers are without power this morning due to a wind-related outage.
The outage is along Concord Blvd. in between Kirker Pass and Clayton Way in Concord.
It’s currently unknown when power will be restored.
UPDATE: Power has been restored.

Went back on @ just after 4 am.
