Keep an eye to the sky today. Thunderstorms are possible, including a few strong ones, according to the National Weather Service.

Lightning, heavy rain, small hail and strong winds are potential hazards.

Stay safe and remember when thunder roars, go indoors.

Please secure your animals. These events can be frightening for them and they may run into a roadway, or run to exhaustion seeking safety

Yup, it’s been thundering and drenching this afternoon. It will be interesting to see if the forecast break for about an hour occurs around 4 PM. This reminds me of Ray Bradbury’s “The Long Rain” which I watched recently on FreeVee and also was part of “Illustrated Man” movie.

Oh! The sun is out!

Can we change that to “Brainless”?

I only saw one flash of lightening around 1PM while driving in Oakley.
Very close & very loud tho.
