Misery loves company. They have no concept of stable relationships, happy families, and love for children…. They’re all angry, hate-fueled, miserable people with no lives. It reminds me of the 50’s and 60’s when lobotomies were considered a cure for mental illness. I’ve heard that a lot of trans (including the Nashville shooter) are on the Autism spectrum. What we are observing/living through is the criminalization of a political philosophy. How long has bumbling biden been castigating, vilifying and demonizing “MAGA” Republicans? Next, the correlation of the arraignment of President Trump to the criminalization of any supporters of that ideology will start. This strategy is not new, weaponization of bureaus of the government has happened long before, it accelerated under little obama (one example was a day after stating something opposite of little o’s policy/belief, somehow Dr Ben Carson was suddenly audited by the IRS, so the story goes), and went full throttle under biden. This move by a DA of a city to arraign a former President is yet another step toward tyranny. I strongly suspect there are many forces in play pushing him (not that he needed much) in order to take the hunter stories off the minds of the dullard public. I also strongly suspect many in the Senate that are presumably on the Republican side are wholly supportive to see this, to maintain the status of their apple cart/gravy train (right mitchy?). Sadly, President Trump does not help himself with the juvenile name calling. A small, childish behavior like that, from whom should be a statesman, plays hugely to the media that waste no time.

Clearly nobody has seen the evidence presented to the NY Grand Jury which made them vote to indict Trump. Anybody commenting on the indictment at this stage makes a clearly political statement. That would include Rick Grenell who actually never was Director of National Intelligence because he was never confirmed by the Senate but even for an acting Director his comments are quite troubling since they clearly show that he lacks intelligence.

First, if I’m understanding correctly they were a transgender male. Transgender female would be if they were born male and identified as female.
I looked back through a few news reports of other mass shooters and their gender identity isn’t usually listed.

So back to the topic at hand: Does a mass shooter’s gender identity reflect in any way on all members of that group?
The murderer’s pronouns that should be used, ranked in order:
1. She. A safe presumption that she has XX chromosomes, although the dimmest will demand proof of the genetic makeup..
2. Shim. A blended word used to describe someone of indeterminate gender. See: hemale.
3. Murderer. The only description that really matters at this time.

For example, SF bay area media consistently refers to victims of ceime based on some familial
characteristic such as “mother of five”, “grandmother”, ‘father”, etc. even though it has no bearing on the story. In some instances, 18 and 19-year olds were referred to as “teens”. While factual, in legal terms they are, in fact, adults. The context were perpetrators of crimes.

Words are important and it is dishonest for so-called “journalists” to mislead the public by playing to their emotions. The media should be factual and contextually neutral at the same time.

Perhaps you should listen more closely to newscasts and how their use of words are typically biased or, at least, attempting to appeal to emotions.

Some are worse than others. For example, the term “crisis” is tossed around very often. What is the criteria of a “crisis”? Who established the criteria? Why were the thresholds that made it a “crisis”? Did those criteria change over time? Btw, this is called “”Critical Thinking”. Try it sometime.

But you only want to use descriptors only when they help tell the story you are interested in. If every time a news report mentioned that the criminal was a heterosexual male you would probably take umbrage.

While none of those news stories state that the criminal in question is a heterosexual male, we can conclude that as we can see Trump and Stormy. That is actually pertinent to the case as the hush money he paid her was for a sexual act. The shooting Spree Hale was horrific but it’s not sexual in nature. Are there actual shooting cases where the news stories point out that the killer was a heterosexual male?
However it would definitely be relevant if the contents of Hale’s manifesto were to be revealed and if he stated he committed the murder because of the 400 oppressive anti-transgender laws Republicans are pushing. That fact would tie Hale’s gender identity to the murders.
If Hale’s Manifesto claims her dog told her children are the Anti-Christ, would the dog be to blame?
Now that mass murder has become more popular, gathering data on perpetrator proclivities might help avert further instances.
The trans community has been screaming for attention, and now they have it.
Based on her social media comments, it appears her identification as “Murderer” was significantly stronger than her identification as “Transgender”.
