meadow lane huh… bang bang shoot shoot

Good mug shot of guns. I hope both were arrested and locked up. Also charge them with DUI. Looks like they were loaded

Why no names?

You never know the circumstances, it’s a bad neighborhood and cops would not dare tread there without a side arm. Why would you expect anyone else to pass through unarmed? Maybe put up some gun free zone signs to make this area safe again so civilians no longer fee the need to have a means of self defense, that would fix it. If there were drugs/related items, drunk or intoxicated passengers anything at all in the statement made by CPD I retract the statement otherwise everyone has a constitutional right to selfie defense. Sorry not sorry

.
I would alao have a loaded weapon I were a resident of the Meadow Lane area.
.
It’s common sense.

Concord use to be a safe place to live. What’s changed?

When was the Meadow Lane corridor ever “safe?” Never since I got here in the late 1980s.

@LAMORINDA LARRY.……In the 70s and early 80s it was a nice place as far as apartments go. Lots of young, hard working/ hard partying people lived there then. I went to a few kickin’ parties there during that time. It started to take a downturn about the time you got there.

a different “demographic”
