Person Killed In Morning House Fire On Hillsborough Dr. In Concord

An elderly resident was killed in a house fire on Hillsborough Dr. in Concord this morning.

The blaze started just before 7 a.m. and was extinguished a short time later.

The cause of the fire is under investigation, and the identity of the person who died has not been released at this time.

Was sad to hear this. I know her Daughter and met her Mother. She was a sweet Woman and she will be missed.
