It sure is raining, but we’re not out of the woods when it stops later this afternoon. Cold temperatures are our next concern following the rain, according to the National Weather Service.
A freeze is possible for many inland areas on Thursday night into Friday.
Remember to protect people, pets, plants, and pipes from the cold.

In my high school German class, one of the first things I learned, was how to say, “der winter ist kalt,” which means, “the winter is cold.” In German, “winter” is pronounced as “vinter.”
