Hunter’s judge for his firearms violations trial is a bit more complex…. Judge Maryellen Noreika is a Democrat, but before becoming a judge, (also appointed by Trump!) she made campaign donations to both Republican and Democratic candidates but most of her donations went to Republicans. I wonder how the lawyers will spin that one? I guess we’ll have to wait & see when the trials eventually start and the objections begin.

The gag order further specifies that DY should not speak about Alvin. Bragg’s staff, the jury members, or any witness.

There are several issues at play here:
1) Business that shut down during the pandemic and have never reopened which causes job loss.
2) The $20 minimum wage for unskilled labor which is absurd and doesn’t address the problem just makes it worse.

However, starting with the premise of MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN is the only thing that matters. From there we hold Trump accountable to doing that. Nobody can convince me he’s not the best chance we have to bring some form of a recognizable America back into existence. Allowing globalism has destroyed our country. The change of venue request flatly denied along with practically every other request or objection and the NYC jury (12 useful idiots hardly a jury of his peers) from a city where Trump won less than 5% of the vote…. What the hell did everybody think was going to happen?
On the bright side Merchan’s Fantasy Land interpretation of the law in general where unanimous juries aren’t necessary and uncommitted felonies can be charged, is going to make it easy for this verdict to be thrown out, probably “after” the election but it won’t matter.

If you check you will see that in 2020 Trump got 12.3% of the votes in Manhattan (which means the jury pool). I’m not sure where you get the less than 5% number.
