So many PDs in surrounding cities are finding and arresting burglars. Our Concord PD is finding a lot of illegal guns and, for that, I am very grateful. Hope we citizens can better help Concord PD get better results in finding burglars. Today, on the 55th anniversary of the day I presented my mother with a gold charm bracelet to commemorate my graduation from “stew school,” I wish someone would find that bracelet stolen from my home on 04.01.2022.

.
2400 block of Buena Vista Avenue?
.
The scum must have burglarized a church or school because there are no “commercial” businesses or uses on that section of Buena Vista.
.
Send him to the electric chair to serve as an example.

“Commercial Burglary” is legal term and can be charged as a misdemeanor or felony. The other one is “Residential Burglary” which is an automatic felony. FWIW, stealing stuff from a detached garage or storage shed on a residential property gets charged as commercial burglary. If the garage is attached to the house then it’s residential burglary

If when the perpetrator is arraigned the judge allows bail, yes he may be back out on the street but that does not mean he will not go to trial. To imply that nothing more will happen to him is misleading and wrong on so many levels. Apparently some commenters get some perverse satisfaction in running down the judicial system without benefit of putting forth any solutions. If you want more people to await trial in jail, you should support building more jails.

When it’s a Caucasian, they publish his photo.
When it’s a black guy they publish a picture of the getaway car with the license plate blurred.
How racist.
