Vehicle collision and sheared hydrant at Willow Pass Rd & N 3rd St, in Concord. The roadway is flooded in the immediate area.

Sorry I missed it.
My truck is so dirty right now, if I were driving down that road I’d have driven right thru it.

Why can’t those vehicles see the hydrant just standing there in front of them? No need to keep knocking them over. Sad.
