Concord Police Officers cited 74 drivers and motorcycle riders for various vehicle code violations during the Motorcycle Safety Enforcement Operation on May 3, 2024, from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Funding for this program was provided by a grant from the California Office of Traffic Safety, through the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

Next they should fund a Safety Enforcement Operation at several Escalator locations to cite users for untied shoe laces and loose footwear.
