Lets see if the inspectors have figured out they should check the places nearby? In a place like this you really can’t stop the rodents and bugs. That was clear when Seafood City got cited.

The whole building is likely infested, and the market has lots of produce lying around and the fish-on-ice on display … yuk. Must be rat and cockroach “party central” after hours. Doesn’t say much for all the ethnic dining.

there is a nearby creek with plenty of drinking water and pools at the hotels. On some mornings you can find coyotes as big as wolves standing on the edge of the parking lots taking up the empty spaces. neato.

Chow King and Jollibee in the same buillding were inspected on the same date as Pho Lee Hoa Phat and no vermin found. But they did close the two for fire damage and no running water.

Looked like Jollibee was closed this evening. Saw an Orkin man shopping at Seafood City.

I go to Seafood City to buy fish for bait. It’s cheaper than the bait at the bait shop.
