The roads are still closed around the perimeter of Clayton Rd. at Sunset, across from Concord BART.
Expect the road to remain closed for several days while construction crews clear debris from this week’s steucture fire.

I’m wondering who is paying for the cleanup? The owner of the building seemed lackadaisical about finishing projects. I was expecting that it would be a burned out hulk for decades and so am surprised the demolition is under way.
They couldnt open the street till the building was flattened so that it didnt fall on someone going in there to camp out
They dont leave structurally unsound buildings standing,too much liability
