So people are not buying weed at the legal dispensaries? A thought we voted to legalize it so we wouldn’t have a black market and we’d use all the sales tax generated to make life better for tax payers.

I think it because there is no tax on what you buy from a peddler. (Smiling emoji)

Buy mine at the store, they even include tax so i dont have to worry about it. Quality is much better and hundreds of types to choose from.
No long have a “dealer” but just a “budtender” at the store.

FYI the store is COCO Farms.

Never touched the stuff. Of course I don’t know what I am missing. I just don’t take anything that can control me. Same with booze.

BUT, But, but, Prop 64 was supposed to fix everything.
Reduce policing costs for pot busts because everyone was going to be smoking ‘legal’ pot.
.
Turns out DEM fantasy world, face planted.
Legal pot is more expensive to grow, licenses, fees, taxes etc. making illegal pot cheaper.
Socialists don’t understand price point, supply and demand.
.
Look how well they’re handling homelessness and the open air mental wards our cities have turned into.

Used to be grow houses could be found by electricity usage, but no more LED grow lights use a small amount of power.

A good grower will bypass their PG&E meter. LED’s still pull their share of juice. You’re correct, not as much as HID lights, but still plenty to show more than normal usage. Weed sold legally is so regulated it’s not nearly as good as what can be bought without regulation. Store weed is way too dry to prevent mold but it ruins the product.

Yeah, just like the myth that marijuana is ‘ no worse than a glass of wine”. They’re all lies and try to hide the destruction it causes the individual and Society.

I have no clue what promethazine syrup has to do with pot sales, but, couldn’t the holder of large quantities just say he bought it in bulk, like people would buy a keg, a case of whiskey, or several cases of wine? I guess walking/driving around with $12K in your pocket in Pittsburg is a bit suspect, since so many get hit for carrying $12. That world is so foreign to me.
