Baby season has officially begun in the Lindsay Wildlife Rehabilitation Hospital in Walnut Creek.

With baby squirrel patients already arriving, the Lindsay Wildlife Experience wants to remind everyone that you should wait until November to trim your trees.

The hawks of Claycord love baby squirrels.

Squirrels and other rodents are low on the food chain. Hence they tend to produce lots of young.

More available food means more young and the better predatory birds and mammals will fare.
