According to the Concord Police, the report shown above only includes approved reports. Some burglary reports might not be written or completely approved, which is why they are not included in this post.
The burglary report does not include vehicle burglaries.

My guess is that there are so many car break-ins that it would fill a few pages
of reports. So to keep the bad publicity down, under report. They’ve been doing it in San Francisco for decades.
Gonna get worse now that Newsom is going to vacate the prisons. and foist them on us, the taxpaying citizens.
Build more prisons.
